One address for everything, from product support to legal and company matters: support@personalcrm.me or the contact form. A person reads every message and replies by email, usually within one business day. We do not offer phone support.
Many questions are answered without waiting for us: the support page covers accounts, plans and imports, and the documentation covers every feature, the API and the MCP server.

Points of contact under the Digital Services Act
Authorities of the member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us under Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) at support@personalcrm.me.
Users can reach us under Article 12 at support@personalcrm.me. Reports of illegal content go to the same address; a person reads and answers them.
We communicate in English and German.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@personalcrm.me; we take every complaint seriously and respond to it.
Cancelling and withdrawing from paid plans
You can cancel a Pro subscription at personalcrm.me/cancel (§ 312k BGB) and withdraw from a purchase made in the last 14 days at personalcrm.me/withdraw (§ 356a BGB). Both links are also in the footer of every page, and both work without signing in. The details are in the Terms of Service.
Legal documents
The contract for using PersonalCRM is the Terms of Service. How we handle personal data, including the data of people our users store, is in the Privacy Policy.

We prepare the content of this website with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. Content on this site that we did not create is the responsibility of its author.
Linked external websites are the responsibility of their operators. We checked them for legal violations when we placed the link and remove a link as soon as we learn of a violation.
The content and design of this website are protected by copyright. The PersonalCRM name and logo identify our product; using either beyond the limits of copyright and trademark law needs our written consent.
