Help with the basics

Trouble signing in

Any client
Sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time email code. Use the same method you used when you created your account.
No code
Check spam and search for "PersonalCRM". Codes expire, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
Faster
Use the same sign-in method as before. If you used Sign in with Apple, your account may use an Apple private email address.

Reminders not arriving

iOS
On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → PersonalCRM and allow notifications. Focus and Scheduled Summary can affect when you see alerts.
In personalcrm
Open Settings → Notifications to check which reminder types are enabled and your preferred delivery hour. You can also review due items on Home.

Delete your account

iOS
You tab → Delete account.
Web
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
Result
Deletion permanently removes your account and CRM records from the live service. The privacy policy explains backup retention and records we must keep.

Get a copy of your data

On the web
Open Settings → Export to download your contacts and notes as CSV files.
