Keyboard shortcuts
The ⌘K palette and single-key navigation. The web app is fastest without a mouse.
The command palette: ⌘K
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere. It's both global search (contacts, meetings, networks) and quick actions:
- Log a Ping
- New contact / meeting / follow-up / network
Type a few letters, hit enter. Most workflows never touch the sidebar.
Single-key navigation
From anywhere (when no input is focused):

The sidebar shows each shortcut when you hover a nav item.
Why keyboard-first matters here
PersonalCRM is a tool you touch twenty times a day for five seconds. ⌘K → "sarah" → enter → Ping is a two-second interaction; the same journey with a mouse is ten. Speed isn't polish here, it's what keeps the logging habit alive.
