You meet someone, have a good conversation, and mean to stay in touch. A few weeks later, you cannot quite remember what they were working on or what you promised to send.
PersonalCRM gives those details a home. Save a contact, add a note after you talk, and choose when you want to check in again. It works for friends, former colleagues, people you meet at events, and the other circles you want to make time for.
Keep the context for your next conversation
A note can be as short as “Moving to Berlin in November; introduce Anna.” Attach it to the people involved and find it on their timelines when you next catch up.
The note type matters. Recording a call updates when you were last in touch. Recording a coffee also updates when you last met in person. Saving background information as a plain note leaves those dates alone. You can customize the note types to match how you spend time with people.
Remember both the relationship and the promise
A contact frequency answers “How often would I like us to talk?” Set it per person, from weekly to yearly, and PersonalCRM shows when you are due to reconnect.
A reminder answers a different question: “What did I say I would do, and when?” Use one for an introduction, a birthday message, or asking how an interview went. The notification guide explains where birthday, due-reminder and overdue-contact notifications arrive.
Bring the contacts you already have
Import CSV, XLSX or vCard files on the web, preview the records, and review possible duplicates before adding them. The import guide covers exports from LinkedIn, Apple Contacts, Google Contacts, Outlook and other tools.
Networks group people into circles such as University, Work or Running Club. Start with groups you already recognize; you can refine them as your contact list grows.
Use the same account on iPhone and the web
The native iPhone app is available on the App Store. It shares your contacts, notes and reminders with the web app. Add a note after a catch-up or complete a due reminder from an iOS notification. Imports and AI connection setup happen on the web.
Give your AI assistant useful context
Connect a supported assistant through MCP to work with your own contact history. You could ask it to find people due for a catch-up, summarize your notes before a meeting, or create a reminder for an introduction you promised.
PersonalCRM also has a REST API. Both are included in the free plan. These connections act on the information you have saved; they do not replace having the conversation or recording what happened.
Start free, with no deadline
The free plan includes up to 100 contacts on the web, notes, reminders, imports and AI connections. No credit card is required, and there is no trial countdown. The iPhone app is free with no contact cap.
If you need to create more than 100 contacts on the web, Pro offers unlimited contacts with monthly, yearly or Lifetime billing. See current pricing for the options.
Use PersonalCRM for free. Add someone you want to catch up with, save a detail you would like to remember, and set your first reminder.
